Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Policy – Spectator Ticket Sales

This Returns Policy applies exclusively to spectator ticket purchases made via the-team.co.za. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ticket Refunds

  • Refunds will only be considered in the event of:

    • Event cancellation.

    • Postponement where the new date is not suitable to the ticket holder.

    • Errors in ticket purchase (e.g. duplicate transactions), provided we are notified within 48 hours of the transaction.

  • No refunds will be processed for:

    • Change of mind.

    • Personal scheduling conflicts.

    • No-shows on the day of the event.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@the-team.co.za with the following:

  • Full name

  • Proof of purchase (order number or payment confirmation)

  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the event start time. Late requests will not be accepted.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and returned via the original method of payment.

4. Non-Transferable Tickets

All tickets are issued to the purchaser and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Attempts to resell or transfer tickets without our consent may render the ticket void.

5. Event Changes

In case of venue changes, time adjustments, or lineup alterations, tickets will remain valid. Refunds will not be offered unless the entire event is cancelled or rescheduled.
